Work life balance goes for a toss, in fact one can say that it's better if you forget your personal life. Senior Management staff(oldies) have been around since inception & want to get extension after retirement so they will not share any knowledge or even work communication to make your job Precarious & will make themselves safe. Meetings will be held before or after duty hours like in early morning or when you are about to leave from work. Several ppl who had worked with ITC, BRITANNIA, MTR came & worked for maximum 1 year & left, such is the working atmosphere. On top of all this is the Head HR, who plays politics with his own team in tandem with these oldies, recently brought in a new recruit for factory HR position when there was already a person working, just to make his life hell so that he leaves. FNF settlement takes minimum 2 months & I have seen ppl who have not got their settlement even after an year. Lotte India Corporation is good place to work but Chennai factory is hell whereas Rohtak factory is heaven....Read More
