Very good working environment & culture, they r supportive & transparent. Company policies r good, they r very helpful, also they give good salary in every year with bonus. In Sales my teammates get sale target in every month of first week. We complete our target before time.

Career growth is quite slow, Company located far away from market area.

I learnt more new things in quality of Yarns to Sales on job. Yarn Sale Marketing job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in beginning, but i enjoyed a lot to finish my target given by management.

No Job Security, Poor Salary, Dirty Politics, No delegation of power, Shouting and use of abusive and threatening language by the owner against employees / officials. Termination without notice.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
