I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In spite of being it a News Media : - flexible working hours, WFH facility - helpful & understanding staff & seniors - Salary on time - Job security

Since its a News Media : - long working hours (specially when you are working from home) - Saturdays or even Sundays are working - you have to be alert every day, every hour about things happening around, you have to stretch - your working hours or you can't take leaves during such happenings - No much monitory growth - 3 months notice period even for the lowest designation
