I've no ang such ang like words which I give to this bad organization.

1. No admin facilities (8 Rs. Tea given to staff employee only & other than haven't given tea) 2. Company working cultures are very bad. 3. Work satisfaction is zero. 4. Skill development is zero and employee knowledge are hit & trail 5.No job secure like ang time call u and take all data handover from you and close employee gate. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. THEIVES/THUGS formed & operating the company named as 'Lohia Auto Industries'. They sign agreement on CTC which includes Bonus, PLVS, Leaves which they never payed in salary. From my LWD on 30.07.2019 till date they didn't payed my Full & Final payment of Rs. 47,268/-(Bonus+PLVS+EL) which they collected over my tenure there. Ayush Lohia, owner of the company even didn't bothered about it when I reach him several times. He is controlling this loot through HR department. Totally unprofessional HR department. This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest ERP technology. Lohia auto industry product is automobile as like RENEGADE motor bikes , 3wheeler auto & E-Riksha . Products quality is high quality.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

The company uses latest technology and advance methods. Workshop staff, store staff are friendly and helpful.

Office politics is something company needs to tackle. Nothing is great for new employee. They pay salary in cash, no PF deduction no benefits for employee. No job security No canteen No coffee machine No activities Staff on management level are not at all friendly, helpful
