There is No team Culture,You have to work individually and not get single break between work to talk another staff and another technology developer.There is no balance we have to come office at 10 am and leaving late every time,Not get over time paid and work on weekends also.There is no career growth and not celebrating any festival not permission to celebrate birthdays.There is poor management and give very less salary of 6000rs to 7000rs....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
