Entirely a Marketing gimmick company. They will make you tag banyans and underwear companies on their workations for marketing LogiNext and if you dont do it, they will cut your salaries. They just take you for workations because they want to show to prospective candidates what a great company it is..... but once you join in, you will realize what a big mistake you have done. No values, no ethos, no professionalism in the company. The culture is horrendous... They will change salary appraisal cycles without informing the employees. If you ask, you are treated at an ill will. Most pathetic company to work for.. Do Not fall prey to the Gimmicks where some AVPs and VPs are posting fancy stuff about how great the company is on social media sites like LinkedIn. If you want to screw your happiness this the company to go and work for. If you want to work for a LALA Company, this is the company you should work for. The CTO who was the cofounder of the company was fired randomly on Nov 22, 2021 and then a fake LinkedIn profile was created of some random person on linked in, just to show to prospective employees that a CTO exists for this tech company. CEO of the company is the most abusive person and does not have any respect for any of the employees, the moment the employee resigns, he starts showing his abusive side. They will ask the dependent employee to extend the notice period till at least 5 months and even then they will not relieve them.. They will ask the employees to resign the next day for putting up Open to Work on LinkedIn. If they dont, they will put their status as Terminated in the internal HRMS system. They ask the HR team to not answer any background check calls once the employee leaves the organization. All this is due at the behest of 1 person the CEO of the organization. Micromanagement is to the Nth Level in this company. The management specifically the CEO feels, he is the owner of LinkedIn, and of all his client companies also. Take any client that has been churned and the reason will be the high headness of the CEO. He along with the IT team will snoop on every email that the employees send and also their internal hangout chat windows.. Just imagine the level of snooping that they do.. Dont care for the sentiments of the employees.. Almost every All Hands meet, the numbers that are presented are fake.. They will say the employee count is increasing however, the count only increases to decrease further and further. Just search for You Tube videos for the company name and the first video that you find is the level of abuse that the CEO can do. They threaten employees with dire consequences if they do post something that is not in interest of LogiNext on Linked In or like something that the CEO does not like. On the product side, just look at the reviews on playstore on the LogiNext Driver Mobile App and you will realize what a disgusting mobile app they have created for the drivers that go on ground . Product Team itself is run by a bunch of Morons who are Egoistic just like the CEO.. The Product head does not know the ABC of the product and is completely dependent on his junior who has been in the organization for a considerable amount of time. Take this senior (tenure wise) resource out and then ask the Product Head to run the show, It will fail in the first attempt itself. if you good in java , and create some own application , than you can handle pressure at that place , product is came very quick so you not understand what i do ? if you have a good skills than it is best place for learning , and acehived good knowledge ! after 2/3 month you are work on real product , so it is great for , fresher as well as senior developer !
