I never got my salary on time, it can be 45 days to 50 days to get your 1month salary. For freshers they don't have anyone to guide you for the project that you will get. This company is not stable they keeps on changing their office . Owner of the company don't even talk respectfully to employees .

Environment maintained is worst which affect your performance and they don't even know what does that mean. Here HR does not even support you, they are already afraid to loose their job. And i have seen owner of the company scolding HR on the same floo

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
