Company Management is awesome, I joined Locobuzz in 2018 , the resigned in 2020, due to personal studying. In one year I realized I can manage, study + job , so I joined again on August 2021. CTO is very friendly and Company is Employee Friendly.

Well, the only thing i like about locobuzz is that everyone is sailing in the same boat and are being tortured by the management. Hence, sometimes the survival becomes easier with your fellow colleagues.

Dislikes

The management is pretty useless. They are not fit for the leadership. The CEO is super aggressive, disrespectful, doesn't know how to talk to his own employees in front of external guests. My COO has no say in whatsoever. And even if she says anything my CEO disrespect her as well. Finally, my CTO-can't speak where he should, my CEO disrespects him also.

Recently joined the company and the experience has been superb so far. The HODs are friendly and helpful. Working with Nitin sir is exciting as he takes out time inspite of his busy schedule as the CTO. Marketing head has been very helpful and pushes me to do better! over all the people make the place very fun to work at.
