you have a job, for namesake. (owner's mother can fire you at any time for no reason) You get your salary (one and half month late, every 3rd week of next month, past due dates of your bills)

salary deduction, even if you are 1 minute late from 9:40 you will not get paid over time even you stayed back for 4 hours in the night. your breaks are counted and monitored(even loo breaks). your salary will be deducted based on that. you will get yelled at by owner's mother for no reason. you will not get work from home at all. they will employ every possible tactic to deduct your salary

Top-tier Marcom Agency. It is been incredible experience to working hear. Management is very supporting in every manner . In my whole experience i have not seen the supporting management, The guidance is very remarkable and its valuable also . there are nothing to like. it is the worst company in Noida.

this is PR company, not an ad agency. they have 2 real estate clients that's all. and they make only social media post for these clients. joining here will be your worst decision ever. you will get your salary after 15th date of every month. they do not give your FnF. if you are even one minute late, they will deduct your salary.
