All in all, was the best job place ever because the environment was friendly. Moreover, the teachers there were too helpful in the needful situation and the management team was also very cooperative and deedy also.

Dislikes

Nothing at all. Bu if the lower secondary teachers and the place or let's say, Montessori based education system is replaced with practical learning, there will be more benefit to the school as also for the management team to make a better outcome from the students to overcome the needful situation as in future.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
