Great colleagues but bad leads and managers

Worst culture, they follow nepotism. Full micromanagement and they put unnecessary pressure on employees. Feels like working in a school with principals around. No work appreciation also. Even when you do overtime, they provide you no compensation. Salaries are way lower than the market standards.
