Lineage power team provide us money for mask & Sanitizer from the beginning of COVID-19 Lockdown,which shows how company cares for it's employee. 2nd thing, we got salary in time which is the kindness of company,which help us to fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

Dislikes

Overall company polices are good but can't handle customer's pressure..yes I know that customer always wants to built pressure on service provider but to lake of good management 1 employee's pressure spreads to all employees.. It's very difficult to deal with customer,as they want job from service provider but they don't want to do their own work.each and every work they want from service provider and no one raise his voice to stop this. 2nd thing, no increment in this financial year 3rd thing, there is no appreciation and salary hike to the old employee.Old employees are getting less salary then new employees.. 4th thing, I think career growth is not possible here.As Seniors told us that they will provide work/job/designation as per our qualification and experience but till now no progress found.....Read More

I'm working as a MP M.I.S.My work is to provide field data to circle.Providing Site down report,Low SOS report,Battery on load report from LSMR.Providing last day outage report.new joining formalities and etc.etc.(As space is less so unable to write more)
