Top personnel from linde at procurement department was not interested for work , need tranning to handel women employee . As with out companies work , person use to propose different proposal . As the person is in influential position hence use to harrash ! Linde over all means other department culture may not be same as procurement culture .

Dislikes

As a company facilities are good but knowing employees feed back also , hesitates to take bold dicision.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
