Two days off and on time salary

Nothing to like about this company. I have joined passionately seeing the job description offered. But after joining the company, they have changed my job profile completely bcos procurement head decided suddenly during the course of interview, which was not informed. Senior managers are monopoly decision maker doesn't care about contractual employees and the job role given during interview. Politics is also fvrt part of senior management. Procurement head is most egoistic, fake and a liar person. So be careful before joining this department. Not sure about other department. HR acts as if they are trying to help you but not. They do not deserve a single rating. No job security for contractual employees. Be careful before joining....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
