As a company Linde was excellent, now the company got merged with Praxair and the management has gone into Praxair hands, so the people at Praxair dont have any humanness, they are 100% selfish team, Praxair plays high end politics, if they don't like any employee they will put false blame and damge his name in the company and forceto leave irrespective of his performance. Hence any new joinee I don't recommend. I worked in Linde for 15 years. You can join if you wish to work for 1 or 2 years only. No binding between employees. Works like enemies.
