The company is opened for learning. The team members with whom I am working are very much helpful . Co-operation & understanding is main spirit of our team.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, and sometimes I work 12 -14 hours straight in a day. there is no job security, it depends on your output.

Work Details

Generally my work is challenging as I have to look after the total facility management in our office. and I got recognition for my challenging work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
