Working at LHS is great ,Senior staff are supportive and advusable always.Many of The lhs members are handholders for the freshers as well experianced persons.Working environment is good,Good value of company in market.Capicity to Customize the system at any level,hence always have projects in Hand.

Dislikes

As the company grows every employee thinks for his personal growth too and in lighthouse it is bit difficult to get satisfactory hike.

Work Details

Implementaion of ERP and works as Functional consultant where i have to Deploy the projects and logic as per cleint process.End user training and support to enhance the work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

One of the best ERP software company. Customer-centric very professional. Service is a priority. Very friendly and flexible environment. The University of ERP learning. Great opportunities for lots to explore. Helpful colleagues. Best ERP and reliable product. MD and CEO are gods of ERP.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
