To the point: 1: Work life balance is not good as on week offs you have to attend calls and solve issues, so u feel your off is spoiled. 2: Big deal to get leaves as you required, it's like u r begging. 3: HR policies will show how open they are but in real it's just opposite, what your supervisor wants it will happen even he can ends your job too and HR will facilitate.. Two facet HR policy. Job security is a big concern. Lots of politics. Salary is not good as per the given work load it's unmatchable sort of.
