Company has flexible working hours I am part of the curriculum team which gives me an opportunity to work with different teammates with diverse experiences.

Dislikes

Compensation are not very good and growth also becomes stagnant after some time. The deadlines are sometimes difficult to achieve, as a result things get a bit chaotic.

Nothing pathetic company. Who so ever is reading this comment. Its a request do not leave your previous job for this company. There is no job security. Just of the management fault company faced huge amout of loss. They lost half of their funding and just because of this they can ask you to leave the company within a month.
