Nothing except the fact that it pays good in the beginning of the career.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Company depends more on external parties and have least dependency on internal employees. Unnecessary pressure is being created from the beginning of the calendar year to the last day of March in the name of business and month ending. No work-life balance. Management is least bothered about the employee outlook.

Very hectic, have no time to work for self growth. No learning opportunities inside the organisation. Made to sit for hours, shift ending time is 5:30 but not a single day it ended on the same time since the joining of this organisation.
