If you are going to start working here, please get ready for and brace yourself from - Politics Favouritism Micro management Partiality Ask you to work over time Ask you work on Sundays too Not worth it. Even though this place has received "good place to work" certificate, it is certainly NOT a good place to work. The worst thing about this company was the director Bhumika. As long as she working there, that place is not fit to work. I am really sorry, they made our life hell. There are endless dislikes about this company. 1* If you are told during interview that Saturday is off, please don’t believe them, you have to work even on Sundays. No public holiday , no other leaves allowed. 2* your variable pay is totally dependent upon your manager, if they offer you INR X , you will get x/4. 3. Unlimited work hours, so if you don’t have any other work , no hobby , no family, and you only aim or you can say , if you are born to grow this company, only join then. 4. Worst politics , no clear responsiblities, no proper work guidelines, no proper process training , and lot of arrogance in every staff. 5. - Company has shifted from a Tech oriented company to a Ops oriented company - Micromanagement is at its peak. - Top management has no vision for the company. They set unrealistic deadlines and expect the developers to complete it. - HR policies are the worst, no employee friendly policies at all. won't help you no matter what your situation is. - Higher management follows top-down approach for any decision making. - No Parking facility provided. You will have to wait for 30-45 mins even after reaching office or park outside which is more than 1 km away from the office. - No recognition for hard work. If you are a "yes sir" kind of person for the management you will be safe. - No Job security. - They will spend crores of money on irrelevent third party softwares which gets phased out within a year. Bad tech infra No work life balance , very late night releases worst managers - no tech knowledge , bad management , no appreciation on hard-work , illogical speaks Bad HR policies silent firings , moving people to PIP unnecessarily to reduce hikes and throwing out from company micro and nano management on each and everything majority of the discussions happens on Hindi even townhall meetings as well , it would be very difficult for others to understand no initiatives from tech leadership to improve the existing systems very less hikes saying dumb and illogical reasons and no variable bonus payments as well dumb tech leads who don't even know how to write code , how to debug . they are here to micromanage and for timepass finally it's not even a tech company , it's operations company...Read More

Definitely not a tech company, operation and excel based work with very poor IT infrastructure and tech choices. No learning, if you are looking at technical work this company will disappoint you. Lots of ambiguity in decision making from top management. Incapable and unaccountable big shot who will keep plotting conspiracies and involved in dirty politics rather than strengthening company technology and offerings. Nano-management and too much tracking of useless and nonproductive work. Toxic and abusive work culture, cheap and unfair HR practices will add flavour to it. Low paying company, too much parity in salaries at same level. For older people its below service based MNCs Continuous and silent firing. Very high attrition rate.
