Got god opportunities to implement the system as I want, and got a lot of chances to improve the systems, they keep the sports event and birthday parties as well to enjoy.

Dislikes

The CTO believes in the number of hours put in by the employee, not the real work he will always push you to give the extra hours of your life and if you leave someday on time (10-15 after your time) CTO will try to create a scene in the office and will try to show his dominance, and no one will dare to say him anything even the TL's.

job security is 0, no respect for employees and no weekend offs and they also tell employees to work on sundays, and salary delay a lot, not a good place for anyon, No self respect of employees, they try to insult the employees, No perks

There are only cons of working in this company.I'll advise anyone if you are fresher or experienced please do not join this company.

There are only cons of working in this company.Company managers do micro-management a lot.Tech people do a lot of micro-management .Basically people working here did'nt have knowledge about their own product. They will even make you work on bank holidays and Sunday's.
