This is one of the worst company I have ever worked with. Management is not bothered about employee also middle level management steal incentives of lower level employees. Growth doesn't depend on your performance it depends on how good you are in buttering. If you work harder they will put more work load on you if you will inform management about the disbalance in work distribution they will not even talk you you. And they expect you to work from office and complete 9 hours of shift and also ask you to prepare MIS reports from home which cumulatively comes to 12-13 hrs of shift in a day. Even worst rotational morning afternoon and night shift. Will ruin your physical health because it is not an us shift it's absolutely night shift i.e from 10 pm to 7am, morning shift - 6 am to 3 pm and night shift 9 pm to 6 am. work environment is fine and seniors are supporting there is huge cafe this is start-up with unique field so there so many things to learn

political organization management doesn't think about you it is just start-up company and everything they are doing for staff it is just learning from the challanges so nothing is parmanent hare like any kind of police started and stopped very frequently so this is very bad also salary partiality i have realised from my perspective l

i have doing multiple task since 2017 in different different departments like design quality of scan quality of model beginning as a trainee there so many things to learn i got traning few of them left i have learnt by my self
