Regarding job security, we follow a structured termination process as outlined in our contracts, which includes providing two warnings to address any concerns before proceeding with termination. We also have many staff who have been with us for over 10 years, with an average tenure of 2-3 years, reflecting a stable and valued workforce. In terms of communication, all official correspondence, including final settlements, is sent via email. If you haven’t received such communications, we recommend checking your junk or spam folders, as they may have been filtered there. We understand your concerns about monitoring and work culture. IP cameras and other monitoring tools are used solely for training and process improvement purposes, not to micromanage.
