While we may not always be able to approve multiple leave requests simultaneously due to business needs, we aim to manage this fairly. The monitoring systems we use are in place to ensure quality control and data security, not to micromanage employees' day-to-day activities. In just two years, we’ve grown from 0 to over 40 staff in India, a testament to our commitment to operational excellence and providing career growth opportunities. This success is driven by teamwork and a strong focus on staff performance and well-being. As for terminations, we follow a clear disciplinary procedure, including proper warnings and due process, ensuring fair treatment at all times. very competitive on salary, after clocking out not calls, weekend off and Holidays are given whenever requested well in time. Been here over few year so no issues with contract.
Initially it was bothering me about IP Camera, but with time I realised the reason behind it and if you are following reporting requirements you don't face any issues. Attendance is in focus due to companies global operation.
