Our leave policy is structured to accommodate requests, particularly when submitted in advance. While we may not always be able to approve multiple leave requests simultaneously due to business needs, we aim to manage this fairly. The monitoring systems we use are in place to ensure quality control and data security, not to micromanage employees' day-to-day activities. In just two years, we’ve grown from 0 to over 40 staff in India, a testament to our commitment to operational excellence and providing career growth opportunities. This success is driven by teamwork and a strong focus on staff performance and well-being. As for terminations, we follow a clear disciplinary procedure, including proper warnings and due process, ensuring fair treatment at all times.
