I regret to share my experience at Legacy Law Offices in Delhi. Despite the firm's reputation, the work environment leaves much to be desired. The salary offered is significantly lower than industry standards, and there are no regular hikes, making it difficult to stay motivated and financially stable. Moreover, the firm's branding seems to revolve solely around the Managing Partner, overshadowing the contributions of other team members. This creates a sense of inequality and lack of recognition for hard work. The most concerning aspect is the toxic work environment fostered by the senior management. Their approach is often dismissive and unprofessional, leading to a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. Additionally, the firm deducts salary for medical leaves, which is both unfair and discouraging for employees who need time off for health reasons.
