1. I like working at Lee because it has good disciplinary with Friendly culture between Manager to Officer designation level 2. I'm thankful to Lee Pharma since it gave me an opportunity to prove myself 3. Anyone can work pleasantly here whoever has good technical skills and teamwork nature

1. Some sort of rules are really uneasy like not a Mobile phone on lunch break even for a 5-10 minutes since sometimes it could be emergency or important for them 2. Job security (Termination should be occurred based on professional portions not on personal things)
