Incentives & salary is good. reimbursement process is smooth.

Dislikes

no appreciation from senior even if we achieved our target. Work satisfaction is not of peak because of not being appreciated. Clear partiality can be seen within PODs by the leader with regards to assigning of prospect leads. Targets are so much that sometimes not manageable. Sometimes leader doesn't know the proper policies & procedures & dent even bother to cross check with HR if we have any doubt & they didn't knew it....Read More
