1. In time must be On time & there is no time for out time. shift start time is there & no end time. 2. No transport facility for employees. 3. No canteen facility & even no place to eat food carried by employee. 4. Employees are treated as a donkey. 5. No good salary, Facilities forget about it. 6. No job security, everyday employees are scolded & make afraid of it. 7. There is no work satisfaction. 8. For work completion need to travel within city for which getting only 50 Rs. for petrol allowance. 9. Working days many times asked to come on Sunday & we can take c-off of that but within the month only & which they always try to not possible for employee....Read More
