Good salary with on time payment, period! And absolutely no other benefits/coverage/insurance etc (since it's a startup). Also, good infrastructure (office space/environment) since they work from a co-working space. (WeWork building)

Don't get excited by the few positive reviews you see here. I know for a fact it's posted by individuals who "run" the place and not who got hired through the usual/normal process. The management is actually filled with folks who are not just highly qualified but also have good skills, knowledge and have degrees from foreign universities. But unfortunately, they are shockingly immature, quite unprofessional, unreliable and just have no people management skills. When things go bad/problems come up, they come up with their own version of company policies or rules/regulations. For one employee they might completely laugh off an issue, as it's a joke whereas for another, they will create a big scene & even adopt highly unprofessional tactics just to prove themselves right. Even the main HR (an employee of Indian-origin based at London) takes the "winning side" and not what is expected of a truly qualified HR. Doesn't matter what is right or wrong, what the fact is or rumor. Ethics & work principles are utterly breached to ensure the "winning side" wins. Coming to rather more important things, there is hardly any skill improvement (almost 'zero') in any of the roles that are handled by Indian operations team. You will most likely lose whatever skills or exposure, if you already have it from industry. And the most critical aspect is, the experience certificate from this place has no value in the market at all. This has been my very own painful personal experience. Literally zero value. So, apply and enter this place at your own risk; very high risk. In my opinion, if you are "just looking for a job" that pays decent money to pay your bills, take it. Forget career or skills or knowledge improvement or work life balance (many roles are almost 24hrs x7 days a week, with majorly nights). Once a manager told me, "a high-paying", "low skill" job is a very very bad combination for one's career. No matter what company you work, if the equation is like this, you shouldn't stay.
