It is growing company in E-COMMERCE field. They welcome Freshers and trained in a couple of months. We are using updated software..so we can working on new techniques and shortcuts. Mine is an Europe based client and Main branch located in Netherland. You have to work peacefully, no work pressures. Salary is ok, but other benefits of the package is very low. When you are doing overtime..they provide food & in night time also provide cab. But the pay is very low..For Ex: If I done overtime 12 hours on last months..I will get within 1k. Working Environment is ok but it is noisy.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
