There is no job security. The organization didn't even think about it's employees during the time of pandemic. They make you sign a 2 years contract which quotes that "if the employee leaves the organization without serving a notice period of atleast 3 months, then they will have to pay a compensation for it but when it comes to thecompany then they just forget about the contract. During the time of pandemic they without considering there employees' situation layed off many departments moreover they also made them do the examination duty that too for free. Though there are some other perks too like epf and medical also they do give a 5% hike every 6 months. But as organization they should be a little more generous towards their employees, specially in the time of crisis....Read More

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics within the management itself. The management has got more authority than the Principal of the school, which is sad to be honest. The organization only thinks about it's profit. Which as an educational organization especially one should think about their employees and their employees.

Students centered Teaching is the best part of this institution.No interference from Management and authority in your work.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow as they are not paying good according to the work and only 5 percent increments they used to give.
