Well experienced professionals team with healthy environment to work & I am the part of that. LPS is having latest modernised manufacturing machines with latest heat treatment plants & plating plants. "LPS" brand is well known & acceptable all over India & abroad. All auto sector , machine indts, thermal plants, Tractor indts etc are the major customers. we are working in healthy atmosphere

Dislikes

The growth is slow. Work pressure is high. Seniors are not giving importance to individual efforts. Training programme very less. Personal suggestions for company benefits given by me are not accepted

Work Details

I am looking after dealers network & prepare business policy with my Seniors. Handling day to day activities of my field staff by email, mobile & personal visits of respective area to appointment new dealer & other business activities

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
