I liked that fact that i had a platform to teach and nothing else

There were a lot of politics and that too from the management and owners side, they are earning more than well and contribute nothing towards the staff or for the students. Makeup products were very less as compared to the strength of the students, every student was paying a different amount for the same course and were promised that they will get a entire portfolio from the academy’s end but there was no photographer in the Academy even for Lakme’s own event students and the faculty were asked to manage to make videos with their own phone. Salaries were never given on time yet they expected me stay for extra hours and till now I haven’t received my salary for 1 and a half month....Read More
