Worst company I ever worked I was working as a skin trainer in Ahmedabad maninagar branch the owner was very bad , there’s no products for practical’s every time the salary is delayed . It better to sit at home , rather then working with these people .

I would love to work with lakme as it has a very good reputation in the industry

Lakme Academy Indiranagar is a franchise, and the owner of that academy is terrible not taken any safety measures to open the academy instead he has removed all the staffs from the academy and posted vacancies for trainers and other posts in online job searching website and it was very painful

Career growth, mind blowing training, trainers from head office are excellent.

Dislikes

Salaries are almost same for fresher's and experience trainer. Overall not proper management. Need to pay attention on academy. Because of few trainers students are suffering and they are our ambassadors.
