Being a manager of salon it's my duty to aware people who are willing to join Lakme Salon, my suggestion would be to not join this salon because there is no work guarantee, HR hold your salary and work culture is worst than a local organization, can't see a career in this. Work anywhere but not at Lakme (trust me u will thank me for this suggestion)

Work culture is negative, HR involves in business and they only support you when you say yes for every good or bad thing whatever they ask u to do.

overall it was nice staff was good selry was nice working hours also adjustable so overall i enjoyed to work with lakme salon in ahmedabad

Dislikes

salon wich i worked with is closed now so there is no security of your job and termination also insensitive and selery you will never get on time
