There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Starting salary is very poor and incriminate is too slow. Most of the thing is the owner never take care of his employs.

As a trainee it is good... but for experience candidate it's not good... salary is very low... duty hours 10hours.. n o week off for 6 months.... it's terrible ...and they don't give me my last salary

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
