In this plant work skilled development is good and there safety process is very good for workman.example workman training, starting job sop process ,Flra fill on site, tools Daly checklist, monthly training, yearly training etc.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Contractors safety supervisor has low pament.and not 100% safety rules apply on workman in under contracter work.

Work Details

All responsibility are depend on safety officer related to safety.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
