I like the management policy which focused on employee security....plant theam is based to safety first.

career growth is poor and also salary is less..under contract.

Work Details

Basically my job roll was implement of sop regarding the work. Daily training provide to all staff before work start with safety norms.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
