I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Lafarge cement is very good compni i love it bcus i have work in lafarge cement 4 year qa.qc lab qc.test matarial..stone computer exel data entry printing site report.lafarge cement is a good supply to site and he was a good i dont say about lafarge cement i love u .

I have work there qa\qc test cube .site cube test and site and plant .for 1 day 3 days 5 days 7 days 14 days 28 days 54 days.last and last cube qaqc 60 days.
