As far as we understand, reviews here are to be posted by current and past employees. And we have no direct say in the same. Given the date and designation, we are aware of who has written this review. However we will maintain professional courtesy and not reveal identities here. It seems like in the 1 week that you stayed with us we were not able to make you comfortable. Unfortunately our Company has strict policy against people who believe work assigned are suggestions not requirements and who need 10-12 breaks per day (excluding lunch and tea breaks) . Hence you quit, without resignation, even after making us wait more than 60 days to join our organisation. Needless to say that your utter disdain towards long standing employees was well noted by us. We have nothing against you leaving us, as quite honestly you would not have survived with us for long anyways. And the rant against us online just reaffirms our understanding of your thought process. Generally, as an organisation we are highly tolerant against negative reviews or comments made in the right spirit. However, to tolerate baseless allegations is something that is not possible for us. AND FYI...our employee strength has increased by 20% in the last two quarters. Something that you were tasked to do but found it difficult to focus on given your pointed focus on "other" matters.
