I was interviewed for thr HR round and seemed like they would release the offer letter the next day.. I havent got any response.. Its been a month.. Such a pathetic HR process.. Atleast they should update the candidate on the status.. Not taking calls, mails- Very poor experience.. Please enhance...

It is good company for starters but should not stay more than 3 years, because there is no scope of career growth. And work culture and work-life balance is terrible.
