Freedom to learn & experiment. Good Technical exposure. Average salary. Good for technocrats & of course buttering members. Semi-Govt organisation with full job security. So you can have good work-life balance

Project Managers are treated as Project co-ordinators. Still follows age old bell-curve for appraisal. Top heavy and no one retires..continue as FTC with full powers. Average pay master. 5.5 days working/ week.
