Dislikes

Training and compensation to be improved. Overseas compensation for the deputed staff is very less when compared to other companies and allowances shall be revised. Work from home for the support functions can be explored. Long office hours and 6 day working is not good.

Though they are pushing Digitization, but not happening with the required pace, and this is leading the delayed decision making and impacting project deliverables and their timelines.
