No time for personal as minimum 12 hr you have to give for the job. Yearly appraisal system is very bad, if your boss required more oiling except less work. That is the bad luck for the staff if you boss is like this. In some of the project site, New Persons or unprofessional persons comming as a project leader, who doesn't know the L&T Culture ( Staff facility or Staff entertainment) except the work and destroying the company name as they have the power....Read More
