For renewal of residency in Kuwait, NOC from Kuwait Society of Engineers is a must. You are eligible for this NO only if your engineering college is having NBA Accreditation at present or any time in the past. This is a very unfair rule applicable to engineers working in Kuwait since a long time. Nobody should come to Kuwait.
