Company is open for innovation and provides a platform to learn all 360 degree business activities throughout all the departments, thats the key advantage.Also its a company with extremely experienced personals.

Dislikes

1. Poor humab resource management. 2. Limited growth opportunities. 3. No timely apprisals 4. Dis-comfort wih system and process. 5. Lack of Work life balance. 6. Unprofessional key managers. 7. No training.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
