Will be completely 1 year in this company and I and very happy working here in KUMOLUS, it has Great work life balance, Great Team, Best Boss. Best work culture. The company is employee centric company ne reply treats as a family.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
