Job timing is not good , they stop us upto 8 pm without any work daily normally our work finishes upto 6.00pn , and also not giving public holiday , no weekly holiday, no medical leaves , they have no policy for employees, and very less yearly increament

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
