No work life balance, very poor culture start from upper management.after resigning they treat you an anemy and harrasment all time of notice period. Due to poor management & lack of resources . Hr is puppet of directors and senior plant heads. Directors abused words talking to employees. All employees under the offrole. After resigned they not crediting employees previous bonus and salary to employees account and also not mentioned pf account there exit date. when they dont like any employee they are direct said to not come office on the spot relived. So many type they harrassing to resigning employees, just because they wont to credit that resigned employees salary and compansation. After reliving they providing employees joining letter and experience letter, which is illegal. Un ethical just for troubling....Read More
