Chancellor is too good, he knew about employees life, he given maximum support in last and present pandemic situation. I am thankful and faithful to Sri N V Hegde sir. Now management stream lining the policies. Very good work environment and good place to work.

Dislikes

They have to consider and recognise the employees experience which they are having in their own institute. There should be an employee welfare wing to address the issues.
